Back To School

I am so excited to announce that I am FINALLY back in school!!  I am taking my pre reqs for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program!  I want to do Cardiac Sonography so its going to be alot of math…insert scary face here!  I am horrible in math. It’s not easy being married to my Engineer husband(or as I like to call him…”the human calculator.”  I came home with homework last night and he felt like he needed to see what I had to do and figured it out right away.  Of course I have to say something, its just who I am.  Here is how this convo went:  Me: “Yeah honey, I get it your smart but your also a smart ass!! Show off!! LOL!  Of course he thought it was funny.  The other classes I have are Medical Terminology and English.  I am sure you will all be happy for me to get back into English so I don’t have AS many grammer errors!
I have been trying for the last couple of months to get a schedule and all the financial aid stuff I needed to get back into school.  I had to plan around Eric and the boys schedule to make it work.  It somewhat works out but I don’t care I am getting back in the game!  I have been planning my life around babies & Eric and the Army for 4 years now.  I am ready to do something for me.  It’s crazy how it went about, I didn’t know I was getting financial aid until Thursday night (last week) so it was def last minute to get a sitter lined up.  We are actually still working on it.
Yesterday was my first two classes and I love it!  I am so happy to get back and actually have something to look forward  too.  I do already have alot of homework but its worth it.  Now it’s getting a schedule on WHEN I can do my homework without fighting, kids making noises, The Fresh Beat band in the background, and potty training.  I have in my mind a schedule but as a mom I know it never works out the way I have planned.  I actually got up with Eric at 4:30am and started my homework only to have Weston up before 6am.  He is never up that early!  He must have knew I needed him asleep so he decided to do the oppisite.  So of course I have to wait now until nap time. Oh well I will def make it work!  Eric and the boys will just have to hang in there and realize the house isn’t going to be clean all the time. It’s going to look like this………
